Irritable Bowel Syndrome, commonly called IBS is more of a functional disorder rather than a true disease. Here are some useful tips and dietary plans for people suffering from IBS.

Diet changes: Stay way from fatty foods and milk products like ice cream. Instead opt for yogurt, buttermilk or parmesan cheese.
