I did not like it at first. I didn't like the full feeling it gave me but as time went on, I felt better and better. I had been having serious constipation issues for almost a year. After I did the Dr Natura program for 6 weeks I stopped taking it. My system had never worked better. It is now two years later and I am beginning to have similar constipation symptoms. I restarted it today. I am excited because I know it works. Now, to be honest I think it's a bit of a financial rape. We're getting psyllium husk and a laxative. This is not major medical science here. Most of us are very deficient in our daily fiber intake. The anti-parasitic medication... probably a gimick to make the sale. Either way, you can order these things seperately. That's what I would do. Oh, and remember... take the fiber as directed - ease into it.
