I tried Dr. Natura and it did not work well for me. I stayed on it for about 3 1/2 weeks and I never saw any progress. I’ve always been regular and do my #2 every day, but Dr. Natura just seemed to make me release a little more, but I just didn’t see any miraculous things happen. I am going to try Bowtrol and hopefully it will work for me. I’m miserable with my weight and I just can’t seem to get motivated enough to start exercising. I’ll let you guys know if Bowtrol works for me.
I was debating which program to go with as well. I finally went with Bowtrol cause it was cheaper. I have been satisfied with the results for sure. No more constipation and I go at the same time every morning. I have been using it for about 3 weeks. I’m kinda disappointed because I wanted real bad to see some sort of alien thing come out of me but that never happened…….yet! I hope it does LOL!
